CHAARG Run Club is our online running community. Our mission is to give you the tools to be race ready to conquer a 10K or Half Marathon this spring! When you join CHAARG Run Club, you'll have a running coach [Coach Clem ; )] to help you adjust the plan as needed + a sports dietitian [Lydia!] to help answer all of your nutrition questions, + you'll meet other CHAARG runners to cheer you on!

Once you join CHAARG Run Club, you’ll receive our January Build To Run Program, designed specifically for those who have not been running much [or may have never ran before!]. This will help you build your endurance, so you’re ready to dive into your CHAARG Run Club training plan starting February 1 + stay healthy!
