CHAARG Tour Release

I hereby irrevocably consent to and authorize the use by CHAARG, LLC, and any of its affiliate entities, of my likeness and image in any and all photographs, video, voice recordings, or other media taken of me, including derivative works thereof, and any reproduction of them in any form in any media whatsoever, whether now known or hereafter created (collectively, the “Media”), throughout the world in perpetuity. I understand and agree that all Media are the property of CHAARG, LLC and waive all rights to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of such Media.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITIES WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGER INVOLVED AND HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against CHAARG, LLC, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Releasees"), on account of injury, death, or property damage suffered by me or arising out of or attributable to my participation, whether due, in whole or in part, to the negligence or willful misconduct of CHAARG, LLC or any Releasees or otherwise. I agree not to make or bring any such claim against CHAARG, LLC or any other Releasee, and forever release and discharge CHAARG, LLC and all other Releasees from liability under such claims.
