Returns + Exchanges

ORDERS: CHAARG processes + ships in stock items within one week. All pre-order items typically process/ship within 2-3 weeks + are noted in the item description. 

SHIPPING: We offer shipping flat rate $8 shipping for all United States purchases. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally [yet! : )].

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: If you're not happy with your CHAARG gear for an in-stock item, we are happy to process a return or exchange within 15 days of purchase! The item must be in original condition. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for pre-order items.
